We have contacted multiple hotels for room blocks but found that online rates were significantly less expensive. Several festivals and conferences are taking place that weekend so we strongly suggest booking soon.
Within ten minutes drive of the wedding we recommend the Hilton Philadelphia City Line Avenue. In addition the hotel provides easy access to Manayunk, an assortment of chain restaurants and I-76 for easy access to downtown Philadelphia. Parking is ten dollars a day.
For guests who prefer to stay downtown there are a variety of options. Guests arriving via Amtrak, NJ Transit/SEPTA, Megabus/Bolt Bus or other buslines will be able to reach the wedding venue via local train and will find center city to be very walker friendly.
We recommend the Doubletree Hotel by Hilton on South Broad Street, the Warwick Hotel by Radisson on South 17th Street and the Hotel Palomar by Kimpton Hotels on South 17th Street. The Doubletree Hotel has been the most economic lodging in center city on recent web searches. The Palomar is a luxury boutique hotel located near Rittenhouse Square. Parking will cost approximately 25 dollars a day.
